These Terms govern your access to and use of Legacy Plumbing's services, including new construction plumbing, water heater service, water filtration systems, and hydronic systems, provided to both residential and commercial customers in Colorado Springs, CO. By engaging our services or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Legacy Plumbing will perform licensed, insured plumbing work with certified master plumbers. We will comply with applicable laws and regulations in Colorado. Timelines, pricing, and project scope will be outlined in a written estimate or contract. Any changes to scope or price will be documented in writing and approved by the customer.
All fees and payment terms will be stated in the contract or estimate. Payment is due as specified in the invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest or penalties per applicable law. We may require deposits or progress payments for larger projects.
We will provide an estimated schedule. Delays caused by supply chain issues, weather, or unforeseen site conditions may occur. We will promptly notify you of delays and work with you to adjust the schedule. Cancellations are governed by the contract terms; fees may apply for materials or work already performed.
Legacy Plumbing warrants workmanship for a period defined in the contract and in compliance with Colorado law. We provide standard manufacturer warranties for installed products. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the specific project, and we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
We will obtain applicable permits and schedule inspections as required by local building codes unless the customer provides otherwise. The customer remains responsible for site access and cooperation, including providing utility shutoffs when necessary.
All proprietary designs, plans, and methods provided by Legacy Plumbing remain the property of Legacy Plumbing unless licensed to the customer in the project agreement. We will protect confidential information disclosed by the customer and will not disclose it to third parties except as required for project execution or as mandated by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if unresolved, by mediation or arbitration in Colorado Springs. Nothing herein waives the right to seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where appropriate.
